How do I subscribe to an additional service? Subscribers to Irish Origins or British Origins, please note, that unless you have subscribed to Origins Total Access, adding either British Origins or Irish Origins will be a separate new subscription. If you would like to take advantage of our Total Access offer, you must first cancel any existing Irish or British Origins subscriptions and re-subscribe to Total Access. This message appears when I view images or activate my free SoG access: "Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server" How do I resolve this? This is a problem relating to the use of session variables by The Origins Network and running Norton Internet Security on a user's computer. Turning off the 'Privacy Control' on Norton should eliminate this error message. |
