| NEW on British Origins! London Marriages and additional Militia Records | ||

Origins Network has now added over over 92,000 names from the marriage registers of one of the biggest parishes in London - St Andrew Holborn Marriage Index 1754-1812.
Entries from these marriage registers do not appear on the International Genealogical Index or in Boyd's Marriage Index. For this reason the Society of Genealogists decided to embark on a project to transcribe and index the registers. We are pleased to announce these records are now available to British Origins and Total Access subscribers. Note: this data is available to SoG members free of charge as part of their quarterly access to the British Origins site. Click here for more details PLUS New militia records Indexes to records for further 6 regiments have now been added to Militia Attestations Index 1860-1915: East Yorkshire Regiment, Durham RGA, Lancashire RGA, Northumberland Fusiliers, West Riding Regiment and Wiltshire. Origins Network militia indexes now cover over 110,000 recruits to English and Scottish regiments, as well as 12,500 recruits to Irish regiments.
